About Me

I am a privileged member of the National Association of REALTORS® and the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®. These relationships guarantee my buyer’s immediate access to hundreds of the newest properties on the market each day, while also enabling my seller’s exposure to a huge network of buyers.

My extensive experience in the workplace and in Real Estate has allowed me to possess the skills needed to help you either find a home or buy a home successfully. Loss Mitigation Certified

I am also certified in Loss Mitigation. I have successfully completed the Loss Mitigation Certification Course (LMC) of Massachusetts Association of Realtors®. Due to the challenges facing many Realtors® today in representing a buyer or seller who is working in a transaction involving foreclosure, short sales, properties at auction or bank owned; this comprehensive course was developed to educate Realtors® on all the issues surrounding properties facing these complicated transactions.

Taught by national and local experts in loss mitigation, this course will help REALTORS® advance into the new changing market and is designed to equip Realtors with the tools needed to deal with short sales on both the buying and listing side; the process, ethics, laws, contracts and credit issues involved; and how to best approach lenders. Lastly, this course also addresses the human element of these transactions as consumers potentially face losing their homes
